1. Scope & Definitions

This Privacy Policy details how [DooGhoont Software Operations] ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, processes, and protects information gathered from owners, managers, dispatchers, and riders of water refill plants using our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) utility management platform, as well as the end consumers using our subscription models.

By accessing our dashboard portals, using the DooGhoont Rider Application, or placing refills through our customer interfaces, you consent to the data collection and processing methods described in this document in compliance with the local data protection frameworks of [Pakistan] and applicable global data privacy regulations (such as GDPR/CCPA equivalents where appropriate).

2. Information We Collect

We collect several categories of operational and personally identifiable data to coordinate water bottle dispatches, manage inventory, and secure cash reconciliation checks:

  • Account Credentials: Full names, email addresses, verified telephone numbers, business profiles, water plant licenses, and encrypted password credentials (via custom login/registration forms).
  • Rider Location Telemetry: Precise GPS coordinates from mobile devices. Location data is tracked (both in the foreground and in the background when the app is closed or not in use) during active delivery shifts to enable real-time routing, dispatch updates, and automated arrival verification.
  • Container & QR Records: Serial identifiers scanned during loading at the plant, customer drop-off scans, and return audits.
  • Financial Transactions: Cash values collected, customer credit logs, digital payments, and trip cash discrepancies.
  • Device Telemetry: Push notification tokens, device identifiers, system configurations, and operational logs.

3. Data Processing & Usage

All gathered parameters are processed strictly for logistics orchestration. We utilize your data to:

  • Verify sales logs against physical cash collections to eliminate leakages.
  • Perform auto-reconciliation on rider routes to identify missing container deficits.
  • Optimize delivery sequences to reduce fuel consumption across logistics vehicles.
  • Generate analytical reports illustrating plant margins, retail output, and rider efficiencies.
  • Send real-time alerts and dispatches via push notifications and WebSockets.

4. Security & Offline Caching

Data integrity is essential for secure plant audit tracking. We employ rigorous encryption protocols:

All communications between local devices and cloud databases are secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. For devices running our Rider Application, transaction outboxes are stored locally in encrypted SQLite storage blocks, ensuring operational security is maintained even when internet access is unavailable.

We restrict internal employee access to financial databases, ensuring only verified administrative personnel at your specific plant can access detailed customer ledgers and trip histories.

5. Third-Party Sharing

DooGhoont is not a data broker. We do not sell, rent, or trade your operational telemetry or client records to any third-party marketing companies.

Operational data is shared only with:

  • Plant Owners: Managers receive complete records of all dispatches, cash balances, and container logs executed under their accounts.
  • Map Developers: Location variables are shared with mapping engines (e.g. Mapbox, Google Maps API) to compute active routing pathways and ETA predictions.
  • Expo Push Services: We transmit notification tokens to Expo servers to deliver real-time dispatch alerts to delivery riders.
  • Cloud Services: Encrypted databases and static media uploads (e.g., logo, banner, avatar images) are securely hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in compliant regional sectors.
  • Vercel Analytics: Web page views and site performance metrics are tracked via Vercel telemetry (no PII is shared).

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

Owners, operators, and riders retain complete sovereignty over their accounts and logistics records. You have the right to request:

  • A complete export of your plant's delivery transactions and inventory logs.
  • Correction of incorrect customer billing ledger entries.
  • Account Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the Tenant or Rider applications (via Profile/Settings → Delete Account) or by submitting a request to our privacy team at privacy@dooghoont.com. Deleting your account will permanently erase your profile credentials, historical telemetry tracking coordinates, and active sessions from our production databases.
  • Permanent erasure of rider telemetry records and client files, subject to statutory tax auditing requirements.

7. Contact & Inquiries

If you have questions regarding these privacy parameters, need to request ledger corrections, or want to submit a data erasure application, please reach out to our legal department:
